How does Spade Manufacturing & handle fulfillment?

We have numerous compliant factory across India & Vietnam & We have strong logistics partners.

How does payment work for manufacturing and logistics?

Basic and Pro members operate on a partial advance payment model for manufacturing. Enterprise brands may qualify for credit terms. Since we fulfill orders directly, brands receive payment from their customers before paying us for logistics and tariffs—helping reduce upfront risk and improve cash flow.

How long does it take to fulfill once the order is placed?

We can deliver in 4-7 Days. We aim to get it to as low as 3 days.

It depends on the fabric, trims, and complexity — but to give you a rough idea, we can produce a basic men’s round-neck t-shirt starting from $2, while a premium-quality version can go up to $10. You’ll get a detailed quote once you upload your tech pack.

How fast is your Manufacturing turnaround ?

Again, this depends on the quantity. But to give you an idea, We can manufacture 1000 pcs in as little as 12 days from sample approval.

What happens to the excess inventory ?

It is our mission to minimize excess inventory as much as possible for our brands. However, some excess might be unavoidable, we help you repurpose it by launching into your manufacturing country’s local market—turning leftovers into new opportunities.
